THE NORTHERN TOWER RETAIL PARK

As part of our ongoing partnership with Strawson Property we help create brands for their individual projects. They can be a mix of Retail, Hospitality, Industrial and Business Parks.

Our involvement is all encompassing. This particular project in Retford is on the site of the old Northern Rubber factory so it holds some heritage. The brick tower building was kept as a feature on the site which gave us the idea for the name ‘The Northern Tower’. The original signage was still there to see which helped us in our mood boarding and inspiration for the identity. The identity icon represents the ‘N’ from the Northern part of the name but also its shape has a visual connection to the form of the national railway symbol. The foundation of the town were built on trade and the railway links were key to this. The colour palette we established also keeps the heritage from The Northern Rubber Company.

In terms of visual communication on this project we have executed: The brand identity, Sales Brochures for the site and individual Units, Totem and Wayfinding Signage, Hoarding Boards, Window Vinyls, Large Billboard and Advertising boards and finally a Mirco Website. We also managed the print and production of the creative.
